Abstract Submission Guidelines for authors
To submit an abstract, registration for the conference and ticket purchase are required through the nanoge platform. Once registration is complete, access the ‘Abstract Submission’ tab and follow the instructions provided.
General Requirements:
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- The main text should contain between 150 and 600 words.
- Each author may submit only one abstract as the presenting author for oral contributions and one for poster contributions.
- Duplicate abstracts will not be accepted.
- Only one presenting author per abstract is allowed, and they must be registered for the conference.
- The presenting author must ensure all co-authors are informed and agree with the content of the submission.
- A signed copyright license agreement will be required upon submission.
TOC Graphic:
- A Table of Contents (TOC) graphic is mandatory for poster submissions and strongly recommended for oral presentations.
- The TOC should visually summarize the essence of your work, giving a quick overview of your contribution.
- Image requirements:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Recommended width: 350–500 px
- Maximum file size: 1MB
